We source premium Canadian hard shell live lobster. The ideal  lobsters are vigorous and well-seasoned for international shipment. We source the vast bulk along the Atlantic side of Quebec and the so called black lobster it tends to produce. Our sourcing relationships in the best ports go back in many cases *0 years or more.

Lisore Seafoods has an experience of coastal residents who are extremely well versed in lobster grading and quality control. We rely upon their instincts and experience in addition to the increasing use of applied science.  A database of protein analysis is maintained for all purchase lots to support and assist our daily decision making.
